"Lost" star joins "28 Weeks Later"

We've already heard that "North Country" star Jeremy Renner is to star in the sequel to director Danny Boyle's 2002 hit "28 Days Later" - and now he's being joined by "Lost's" Harold Perrineau. "28 Weeks Later" is set six months after most of Great Britain was wiped out by a virus which turned those infected into rage crazed zombies and the movie will see US Special Forces trying to repopulate London only for the virus takes hold once again.

Perrineau, who plays Michael on the hit show, will play an optimistic American pilot who's helping families return to London. Spanish director Juan Carlos Fresnadillo is to direct the project, which is likely to hit our screens next May.
