The book has not even been released but Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull actor Shia LaBeouf is set to star in an adaptation of John Grisham’s legal thriller The Associate.
The Associate concerns a student at Yale Law School who finds himself working at a law firm where he learns about a multibillion-dollar lawsuit.
Producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura and LaBeouf read the script while making Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen in the Middle East, Variety reports.,
The Associate is John Grisham’s 22nd book and will be released in January and marks a return to the genre for the best selling author whose last legal thriller was 2005’s The Broker.
