Kevin Spacey has been accused of getting a waiter fired after the Usual Suspects actor was told he couldn't smoke in a restaurant.
The actor was dining at Clark Cooke House in Rhode Island when he is said to have started smoking with his guests. Waiter Peter Turner was instructed by his boss to tell Spacey that smoking in the restaurant was illegal.
However, Turner claims Spacey and his guest continued smoking after he left, but after he told them a second time the Oscar winning actor is alleged to have called the waiter an "aggressive p**k".
When he relayed the information back to his boss he was told, "If the owner knew you p**sed off Kevin Spacey, he'd have me fire you."
Turner was told over the phone three days later to not come back to the restaurant.
