A Hilary Clinton-promoting video by Jack Nicholson has been viewed over one million times on Youtube.

The three time Oscar winner is clearly supporting the wife of former President Bill Clinton as the clip includes excerpts from his famous films

Lines from films such as Chinatown, A Few God Men and even horror classic The Shining are used in the video in a context of praise for Clinton, who currently trails Barack Obama in the Democrat leadership battle.

The economy, health-care and leadership during a war are all issues alluded to by the selected snippets of movie scripts.

Nicholson's line: "There is nothing on this earth sexier, believe me gentlemen, than a woman you have to salute in the morning," is used from 1992 military drama A Few Good Men. "Hubba hubba hubba, money, money money, who do you trust?" his Joker line from Batman is clearly intended to be a question about who he thinks can handle the economy best while his unstable Johnny character from The Shining is seen saying "Things could be a whole lot better."

The video has been viewed more than 1.2 million times since it was uploaded on Friday.

Obama supporters responded with a video featuring different Nicholson clips which show the actor ranting and raving.
