Cate Blanchett says there's only one man who has ever made her husband jealous - Bob Dylan.
"I became unhealthily obsessed," admits the Elizabeth star, one of seven people to play the rock icon in Todd Haynes' new film, I'm Not There.
She told the LA Times she spent so long watching old Dylan performances her husband, director Andrew Upton, "literally one day just kind of took the remote control out of my hand and went, 'Hello!!'"
The Aussie-born Oscar winner is the only woman playing Dylan, but she says she wasn't daunted by the prospect of playing a man. "I was always playing men in high school. I was tall, and I was quite relieved as a professional actor when I got the chance to play women," she says.
And she has one tip for other ladies to follow. "It helps putting a sock down your pants. It affects your walk."
It obviously worked - Blanchett has already won Best Actress at the Venice Festival for her performance.
