Beyonce may be living large with the success of Dreamgirls and everything but she's not one to splash the cash it seems.
The star's background dancers are reportedly paying for their own flights from New York to LA for tour/video rehearsals.
A source told Page Six that dancers were asked to "work this week for a measly $400 per video" and would pay for their own travel as they were afraid to approach anyone about expenses for fear they would be fired.
"They were told that they couldn't call their agents and that if they didn't agree, they would not be hired," the insider said.
