He's not best known for his sense of humour, unless that infamous leap on Oprah's couch was a joke of course, but Tom Cruise is reportedly set to flex his comedy muscles in a film alongside Ben Stiller.
Cruise and Stiller are said to be considering hooking up on Shawn Levy's new light-hearted movie The Hardy Men, based on the classic TV detective series.
Stiller and Cruise make unlikely pals especially considering Stiller has done a number impersonations of Cruise on various US TV and awards shows.
However, any work on the rumoured project wouldn't begin before Cruise makes the new Robert Redford film Lions For Lambs.
