The bonkers high concept zombie horror "Army of the Dead" has already witnessed a second coming of sorts with the news that Warner Bros. has signed up commercial director and visual artist Matthijs van Heijningen to direct. It was first thought that Zack Snyder, currently busying himself on "The Watchmen", would step behind the camera but he may now just produce this undead property instead via his Cruel & Unusual Films with his wife Deborah.
This action thriller, written by "Awake" scribe Joby Harold, sees the city of sin Las Vegas inundated by the walking dead. Meanwhile one desperate man must search the neon Mecca for any signs of his lost son whilst trying to survive the zombie hordes.
