Aniston's assistants go topless!

Ever wondered how filmmakers get their stars to feel comfortable during those embarrassing nude scenes? By getting naked themselves of course.

That's what happened to Jennifer Aniston on the set of The Break-Up. Jen's assistants decided to help her relax for the scene by going topless themselves.

However, the stunt ended up having the opposite effect on the former Friends star who was rather frightened at seeing so much flesh on set.

Jen told Yahoo: "It's nerve-wracking and you have to pretend you are at ease.

"My sweet hair and make-up and wardrobe assistants wanted to make me feel better and I remember coming into the room after a take and they'd all taken their shirts off."

The Break-Up is released July 21.
