No Transforming for Jonah Hill

Bad news for fans of funnyman Jonah Hill - he is not starring in Transformers 2 after all.

The Superbad star was in talks to provide a bit of comic relief in the sequel to last year's summer blockbuster. He was expected to be Shia LaBeouf's conspiracy theorist roommate.

However, EW.com have reported that talks have broken down between Hill and the film's studio Dreamworks, and it's thought director Michael Bay will now look elsewhere to fill the comedy gap.

Not that Hill has any worries about finding work. He recently starred in hit comedy Forgetting Sarah Marshall and is lined up to appear in Night at the Museum 2 alongside Ben Stiller.

Hill received two MTV Movie Awards nominations last night for his role in Superbad. He is up for Best Actor and Best Breakthrough Performance.
