Julianne Moore has expressed her sympathy for Lee Tamahori after the Die Another Day director was arrested for posing as a drag prostitute in LA last month.
Moore will be working with Tamahori on the new film Next and is fully backing the filmmaker following the scandal.
''I feel bad for him. I think the experience was probably pretty upsetting and humiliating [er, understatement?] and he's been very, very brave about it,'' Moore's quoted as saying by the New York Post.
Tamahori was arrested after soliciting an undercover cop, while dressed as a woman. He allegedly entered the vehicle and offered to perform a sex act for money.
