Emmy-winning actress Felicity Huffman attempts to set the record straight about her alleged on-set drinking following a misinterpreted joke.
The Desperate Housewives star plays Lindsay Lohan's alcoholic mother in Georgia Rule and joked with a Parade magazine journalist that she was often "drunk a little bit" during her boozy scenes in the film.
Huffman, 44, explains that her attempt at humour during the interview backfired, but she seems to be quite comfortable with her new reputation.
Speaking at the film's premiere she said: "That was a joke and it got pulled out of context, but I like that I'm known now as the drinking actress."
