Tom Cruise's son, Connor, is to star in a remake of 1984 cult classic Red Dawn.
The 14-year-old has already made his acting debut in last year's Seven Pounds alongside his father's pal, Will Smith.
However, Connor will play one of the leading roles in Red Dawn, which tells the story of a group of high school students who attempt to escape from foreign invaders. The original film made stars of Patrick Swayze and Charlie Sheen.
Connor was adopted by Cruise and his former wife Nicole Kidman.
