Russell Brand has strongly hinted that he is to set sail on the next Pirates of the Caribbean movie.
The wild-haired funny man has long been rumoured to be starring in the fourth adventure of the blockbusting franchise - despite denials from Disney bosses.
However, Brand has given his strongest hint yet that he will play the younger brother of Johnny Depp's Jack Sparrow.
He told US chat series The Billy Bush Show, "There's been some talk of doing a Pirates movie.
"But, I've got eight other things to do [including] Get Him To The Greek with Judd Apatow… So I don't know if there'll be time to be a pirate, I've got enough of that in me private life.
'A possibility, yes. I think it's a possibility.'
The story will revolve around Captain Jack trying to find the fountain of youth.
