It looks like Sean Penn and his actress wife Robin Wright Penn are a couple again after they withdrew their petition for divorce.
Their divorce proceedings were dismissed at a Californian court on Thursday. The couple, who have been married since 1996, filed for divorce in December citing irreconcilable differences. They were seeking joint custody of their two children Hopper Jack, 14, and Dylan Frances, 17.
Penn was then spotted getting cosy at Elton John's AIDS fundraiser with James Blunt's ex model girlfriend Petra Nemcova.
However it was first rumoured that Wright and Penn have mended their differences after they were spotted together recently at an Eddie Vedder concert. And it now seems the reports are true.
Penn has been married once before to pop superstar Madonna in the 1980s.
