New York DJ and music producer Mark Ronson spilled the beans on the music he played at the wedding of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes today, saying: "I asked, ‘Is there anything they want me to play specifically?’ Everybody said: ‘No, just do what you do.''"
Talking on GMTV’s Entertainment Today, he continued: ‘I was just playing records that I thought they would have a good time to. Tom Cruise likes hip hop and Kanye West and 50 Cent ,and it was those kind of records….I played the Top Gun theme. My friends were telling me to look up because Tom was doing the guns." Oh dear!
Ronson also revealed he had to make a few changes to his normal tastes for the sake of the A-list guests at the wedding party. "J-Lo was there and, to be honest, I’ve never played a J-Lo record in my entire life, so I made an exception for that."
