Courteney Cox, David Arquette and Neve Campbell are set to return for Scream 4.
Scream 3 was released in 2000, and was expected to be the last instalment of the franchise. However, the Weinstein Company announced last year that the franchise will be returning with a brand new cast of youngsters for the masked killer to terrorise.
According to horror site Bloody Disgusting however, Cox, Arquette and Campbell will be making a return in cameo roles. Former Friends star Cox played reporter Gail Weathers, while her husband Arquette played officer Dewey Riley. Campbell played the trilogy's heroine Sidney Prescott.
Kevin Williamson (who wrote the first and second instalments) is on writing duties, while director Wes Craven is in talks to return as director.
