A sequel to Night At The Museum is in the works due to the movie's huge box office success.

The Ben Stiller comedy exceeded all expectations by taking a whopping $560 million at the cinema, paving the way for the inevitable follow-up.

Screenwriter Thomas Lennon, whose next project will be table tennis comedy Balls Of Fury with Christopher Walken, has been in talks with Fox about penning another movie as has Ben Stiller about reprising his role.
