Jack Black is to teach again - he has signed on for the sequel to comedy hit School of Rock.
The heavyweight comedian posed as a substitute teacher at a posh elementary school to teach kids how to play rock music in the 2003 comedy. The film, which cost $30 to make, made $131 million at the worldwide box office, reports Variety.com
School of Rock 2: America Rocks will reunite Black with director Richard Linklater and writer Mike White. The sequel will see Black reprising his role as Dewy Finn, with the teacher this time taking a group of summer school students on a cross country musical trip, delving into the history of rock and roll, blues, rap and country.
