Screen legends Robert De Niro and Al Pacino say they wouldn't mind dressing up as women and playing sisters in a comedy.
The heartthrobs are obviously more used to macho gangster and cop roles such as Godfather 2, Heat and their current movie Righteous Kill, which was the third biggest film at the US box office at the weekend.
However, when asked in a Heart FM interview if they would consider getting in touch with their feminine sides and wearing dresses, De Niro replied: "We could do that, I like the idea. We could play sisters. That could happen… who knows."
Pacino added: "It's a great idea. That could be something for us to work on as Robert has done some great and very successful comedy movies and he's made the transition really well, without a problem."
De Niro has been in comedies like Meet The Parents/Fockers and even a small cameo in Ricky Gervais's Extras but some fans might consider the two movie veterans in drag a transition too far.
