A teenager accused of attempting to blow up a New York Starbucks was inspired by Brad Pitt movie Fight Club.
17-year-old Kyle Shaw is accused of orchestrating an attack on the coffee shop in May. The blast shattered the store's windows but noone was injured during the incident.
It's believed Shaw was trying to copy the actions of Tyler Peters - the character that Brad Pitt played in the 1999 cult film.
Peters starts up an underground fight club for disenchanted men before plotting attacks on corporate America through his terrorist group Project Mayhem.
Kelly, who had started his own fight club, told friends that he was to launch his own version of Project Mayhem.
Police found bomb materials and a copy of the film when they raided his house.
He is charged with arson, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal mischief.
