Here's another reason why the ladies love George Clooney - he spent $40,000 on his girlfriend Sarah Larson on Valentine's Day.

The hunky actor whisked his lucky lady on a romantic trip to Las Vegas where they enjoyed romantic meals, a cabaret show and a performance of Cirque Du Soleil. They stayed at Hugh Hefner's lavish Playboy Tower. Clooney of course booked the luxury suite, which featured an indoor waterfall, private swimming pool and massage room.

A source told E!, "Even on their way to their limo, they were dancing around the fountain outside and singing a song together. They were so loving with each other."

The couple have been dating since June 2007 after the then cocktail waitress served him drinks at the Ocean's 13 premiere after party.
