Don't mess Anne Hathaway around when it comes to flowers - she knew her relationship with her ex was over when he threw out her dead floral arrangement.
Hathaway was angered when her then boyfriend Raffaello Follieri threw out her cherry blossom branches as soon as they begun to wilt (some might say typical man).
Hathaway explained, "They lasted a month and were beautiful even as they died. Raffaello always liked things fancier and perfect and told our maid to throw them out.
"That was when I knew we saw things differently."
And it was good the Get Smart actress did, as Follieri was charged with money laundering soon after they split up. He has since been jailed for four and half years.
