Final Destination is the tops

Yet another horror movie has to topped the US box office.

Final Destination 3 took $25,714,946 in its first week of release to reach the No. 1 spot, narrowly squeezing Steve Martin's The Pink Panther into second position.

Elsewhere, Harrison Ford thriller Firewall improved on its first week's performance by climbing to No.3, while cute animation Curious George and teen horror remake When A Stranger Calls make up the rest of the current US Top 5.
