WALL•E has been voted last year's best spiritual film by a religious website.
Judges from a panel of entertainment and religion writers and editors gave the animated film, about a robot saving humanity, the thumbs up in the Beliefnet.com poll.
Clint Eastwood's Gran Torino took The People's Choice Award, based on Internet voting. Richard Jenkins was awarded Best Spiritual Performance for his role in The Visitor by the judges while the public opted for Queen Latifah in The Secret Life Of Bees.
Both the judges and public voted for Lord Save Us From Your Followers as Best Documentary.
