Pre-production seems to be coming along pretty quick on director Sam Raimi's next Spider-Man movie, with news that "In Good Company" star Topher Grace been added to the cast. It's not yet known who Grace, who shot to fame in US sitcom "That 70's Show", will play in Spidey's third big screen adventure, but director Raimi is obviously pleased to have caught the young actor in his web.
"I couldn't be more excited about the direction we are taking the continuing adventures of Peter Parker," the filmmaker said in a statement. "Topher Grace is an extraordinarily talented actor and will be perfect for the complexities of the role we are developing."
Grace joins the likes of Tobey Maguire, Kirsten Dunst, James Franco, and Thomas Haden Church in "Spider-Man 3", which is scheduled to reach our screens May 2007.
