Ioan Gruffudd has signed up to make a sequel to last year's Fantastic Four without even reading a script.
The Welsh actor who plays Reed Richards AKA stretchy Mr Fantastic, is confident a follow-up will be a hit even though the first film was slated by critics.
Ioan told Yahoo: "When you visit something for the second time, it's always more comfortable and comforting.
"I haven't seen the script or read it. I don't know exactly what the story is."
All the other cast members including Jessica Alba, Chris Evans and Michael Chiklis have signed on to make the Tim Story directed sequel which is going under the working title of Fantastic Four: The Next Chapters, due out 2007.
