Elijah Wood got a nasty shock during the filming of his latest movie in Britain - he couldn't stand the miserable weather.
The Lord Of The Rings star filmed in Oxford and London last January for new film The Oxford Murders, and he admitted he struggled to cope with the biting weather.
He said, "It was very cold. It's funny, because it happened to be a very mild winter for the most part, and we were filming in interiors for a lot of the London time because the exteriors were in Oxford.
"But the interiors were often colder than outside. We were filming in these abandoned buildings with no heat so a lot of the scenes where it's supposed to be very cosy and warm - particularly the love scenes with Leonor (Watling) in her apartment - were very cold."
The Oxford Murders also stars John Hurt and it tells the story of a maths professor and his impressionable student solving a murder using mathematic formulas. It is released on April 25.
