First Matt Damon welcomed his baby daughter on Wednesday, now his friend Ben Affleck is to be a father for the second time.
His actress wife Jennifer Garner finally confirmed that she was pregnant after constant speculation.
"We're so excited, obviously," Garner told Access Hollywood. "It's all good, it's great. I'm really excited."
Garner, who recently played a woman who was desperate to become a mother in sleeper hit Juno, joked about the recent speculation.
"It always makes me laugh when people say 'Is she?' 'Isn't she?' It's like eventually you will know, so just chill out for a minute," she said.
The couple, who wed in 2005, already have one daughter together, two-year-old Violet.
Affleck's pal Damon and his wife Luciana welcomed their daughter Gia Zavala on Wednesday. She is the couple's second daughter together following the birth of Isabella two years ago. Luciana has another daughter from a previous marriage.
