The Hollywood pair, who starred together in 1996's Feeling Minnesota, were seen enjoying a meal together in a secluded LA restaurant before they headed off to the cinema, reports The Sun.
An onlooker said, "They looked very cosy
"Cameron was stuffing her burger in her mouth and playing up to the fact that she has that wide mouth. Keanu was laughing - it was strange to see him, giggling like that as he's regarded as a bit serious."
Diaz was claimed to have recently enjoyed several dates with Leonardo DiCaprio.
