Curtis famously dressed as a woman in Some Like It Hot alongside Jack Lemmon, and which featured Marilyn Monroe, and he feels he wasn't entirely unattractive as a woman, unlike Dustin Hoffman who later dressed as a woman in 1982 film Tootsie.
Teletext quotes the Spartacus actor as saying: "Dustin as Tootsie [pic] was so ugly - nobody would want to do him but a camel!"
If Hoffman hears about Curtis's comment he might well get the hump.
