Rising star Shia LeBeouf really can do no wrong at the moment. Not only has he just signed up for "Indiana Jones IV" and is set to enjoy success with summer blockbuster "Transformers", now he's enjoying a second weekend at the top of the US box office chart with new thriller "Disturbia". The movie, which co-stars Carrie-Anne Moss of "The Matrix" trilogy, earned another $13.5 million over the weekend (April 20th - 22nd), taking it's total earning so far to just over the $40 million mark.
New Anthony Hopkins / Ryan Gosling thriller "Fracture" debuted in second place with $11.2 million, while ice skating comedy "Blades of Glory" fell one place to third. Yet another thriller, "Vacancy", which stars Luke Wilson and Kate Beckinsale, debuted in fourth place, while Disney's family animation "Meet The Robinsons" rounded out the Top 5. And we must also give a honourable mention to Brit cop comedy "Hot Fuzz": the movie opened in sixth place, despite only showing on 825 screens around the country. That means that it took considerably more per cinema than any other film in the top ten - for example the number one movie took $4,464 at each if its 3015 cinemas, while while "Hot Fuzz" earned a very impressive $7,075.
