Bana and Howard have X Factor

"Munich" leading man Eric Bana and "Hustle & Flow" star Terrence Howard are teaming up for "Factor X", a new thriller about how the notorious BTK killer was captured in the US last year. Ridley Scott will be producing for his Scott Free Productions, and rumour has it that the acclaimed director of "Gladiator" and "Kingdom of Heaven" might also be in charge behind the camera when the film starts shooting.

Gregory Allen Howard ("Remember The Titans") will be writing the story of the serial murderer, the leader of a Kansas church, who was known as the BTK killer because he would bind, torture and then kill his victims. Bana will play a Kansas detective tracking the psycho, while Howard will feature as counterterrorism expert from Washington who joins the case.
