Snyder takes on "Army of the Dead"

Director Zack Snyder obviously likes his zombies because the "300" and "Dawn of the Dead" director is returning to that particular horror genre for new action-thriller "Army of the Dead". Currently Zack is only attached to produce the movie along with his wife Deborah, but it's expected that he'll end up calling the shots behind the camera too. The film will be set in a quarantined Las Vegas, where a father is desperately trying to save his daughter in a zombie-infested world.

Snyder is currently busy prepping his adaptation of Alan Moore / Dave Gibbons graphic novel "Watchmen", which he hopes to start filming in August.
