The man accused of stalking Miley Cyrus reportedly threatened to "finish things" off when he saw her again.
Mark McLeod was arrested earlier after trying to obtain access to the set of the Disney star's new movie, The Last Song, claiming that they were secretly engaged.
The 53-year-old was charged with attempted stalking and disorderly conduct earlier this month, and was remanded in custody after a judge ruled that he posed a threat to others.
The ruling came after Cyrus' security guard said that McLeod had gone to the set to "finish things" off".
