Eric Roberts has landed himself a role in Christopher Nolan's sequel to Batman Returns.

Julia Roberts's bro will play a Mafia Kingpin in The Dark Knight in which Christian Bale's caped crusader takes on Heath Ledger's Joker.

Sarah Michelle Gellar is also said to have joined the all-star cast that includes Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine and Maggie Gyllenhaal. The film is currently being shot in Chicago and should be with us next summer.
