Famed director John Landis ("American Werewolf In London", "Blues Brothers") is suing poor old Wacko Jacko for allegedly failing to cough up profits from the last four years for his Thriller video.

Landis filed the lawsuit last week in LA, reports The Hollywood Reporter, over the video, which he co-wrote and directed in the early '80s.

The suit states: "After a spectacular theatrical premiere, the 'Thriller' video became a worldwide megahit and an iconic pop culture phenomenon that has continued to generate profits for defendants Optimum Prods. and Michael Jackson, who have wrongfully refused to pay or account for such profits to plaintiff."
