Jennifer Lopez says she envies people who drink or smoke to relax, because she doesn't do either.
The singer/actress says she's never been drunk, and has to get through stressful days "on her own" instead.
"I don’t drink – I’ll have a sip, but I’ve never been drunk – and I don’t smoke. I envy people who have those releases," Jennifer said. "They just have a drink or a cigarette and they feel better. I have to brave it through the whole day on my own.”
Hmm, strange really because the star has been pictured smoking while being with her husband. Perhaps it's so habitual she doesn't even know she's doing it.
Jennifer, who's just released her first Spanish language album, praised the calming effect her third husband, Marc Anthony (pic), has on her.
She told Harper's Bazaar: "He makes me slow down and eat lunch, which I used not to do. We have different philosophies. I've been so disciplined. His process is 'Chill, don't kill yourself.'
"Maybe, I've got a martyr thing because I was raised Catholic. But with him I feel like I should relax and slow down. That's a first for me."
