Up has stayed top of the UK box office for the third week running.
The Pixar animated comedy, which tells the story of an old man who sails away on his house with baloons with a boy scout stowaway on tow, took £3.8 million to stay top.
Enduring horror franchise Saw VI was a brand new entry at number two, while Wes Anderson's stop-motion animation of Roald Dahl classic Fantastic Mr Fox was in third.
Vince Vaughn comedy Couples Retreat was in fourth place after taking £932,000.
Teen fantasy Cirque du Freak:The Vampire's Assistant followed its disaappointing US box office opening with a poor UK one as well. It made only £800,000 in its first three days.
