Movie star builds supermarket

Just because you've landed a major Hollywood role doesn't mean you've made it, just ask Brit actor Ed Speelers.

The blonde 19-year-old star of last year's Christmas fantasy movie Eragon (pictured centre of the poster) has been spotted working on a building site just months after walking the red carpet in Hollywood. Ed has been earning £7 e building a Morrisons supermarket in East Sussex.

According to the Sun a fellow worker said: "Edward is very much the brickie when he's here. He's chiselling walls and puffing cigs in a hard hat and fluorescent jacket."

Eragon, which also starred John Malkovich and Jeremy Irons, earned £165 million at the box office but was panned by the critics so planned sequels are unlikely to get made. According to reports Ed has no other film work lined up so he'd better get used to the hard hat!
