Mel Gibson has been accused of attacking a partygoer at a LA nightclub.
The Lethal Weapon attacker visited the launch of Playhouse on Wednesday night with his new girlfriend Oskana Grigorieva.
However, trouble started when a partygoer started taking pictures of the couple as they enjoyed themselves in the VIP bar. It's alleged that the clubber was in fact an undercover journalist.
Gibson's security guards confiscated the camera, but the actor flew into a rage when the journalist attempted to get a friend to take another picture of him - reports Hollyscoop.
A source told the site, "Mel approached the guy who tried to take his picture and ripped his shirt."
It has been claimed that a report has been filed against Gibson to the police.
Oskana is pregnant with Gibson's child.
