Jennifer Hudson's brother-in-law has been indicted with killing the actress' mother Darnell Donerson, brother Jason and seven year old nephew Julian (pictured with Jennifer).
William Balfour, 27, has been charged on three counts of first degree murder and one count of home invasion. He is to be arraigned on January 20.
Jennifer's mother and brother were shot to death at Donerson's home in Chicago in October. Julian's body was found in a trunk of a car three days later.
Balfour has been accused of the killings after he believed his estranged wife Julia was dating other men. It's alleged that he took his anger out on her family.
He has continued to maintain his innocence.
