Kirsten Dunst says her role as the colourful flight attendant Claire in Cameron Crowe's hotly-anticipated new film, Elizabethtown, was a joy to play.
Dunst raved about her character, warts and all, in an interview with US magazine W. "She is honest and upfront to a fault," she said. "She doesn't have a lot of fear. She's dorky and doesn't care, and in that way she's cool."
Dunst stars opposite Orlando Bloom in the film and the British heart-throb has been lavish in his praise of his co-star.
"Kirsten is a really positive person," Bloom said. "In the film she brings my character back to life. She's perfectly cast because she is that light."
