All is Forgiven (Tout est pardonné) 

Victor resides in Vienna with his family: his beautiful Austrian wife, Annette and their daughter Pamela. It is springtime. Ditching work, Victor spends his days playing with Pamela and loitering in the park with the drug dealers. Annette is confident that Victor will get his act together when they return to Paris. However, back in France, Victor falls back into his old bad habits. After a violent dispute, Annette leaves Victor and disappears with Pamela. Eleven years later, their daughter Pamela is 17. She lives in Paris with her mother. One day, she learns that her father lives in the same city and she decides to see him again.
