Along Came A Spider 2001

A senator's daughter, under protection from the Secret Service, is kidnapped while attending her private school in Washington D.C. Alex Cross, a detective and psychologist, teams up with a Secret Service agent in order to put together the clues that lead to the missing girl. At the same time, they work on finding answers to the streak of murders that are taking place in the city, possibly linked to the kidnapping. All signs point in the direction of a man named Gary Soneji; who doesn't want a ransom for the kidnapping, but rather wants to go down in the history books for his meticulous skills. Cross and the Secret Service agent now face the hardest challenge yet, trying to stop Soneji before it is too late.
