Amazing video shows Frozen theme tune 'Let It Go' sung in 25 languages

Idina Menzel’s rousing ‘Frozen’ theme tune ‘Let it Go’ has captured the hearts of the audiences around the world, not to mention those of Oscar voters, who named it ‘Best Song’ at this year’s Academy Awards.

But us English-speaking viewers might forget that it’s not actually Menzel’s dulcet tones that can be heard in most countries.

In this fascinating video (above), we see can see the 25 different singers who bought ‘let It Go’ to life in different territories, from Willemijn Verkaik in Germany to Annika Herlitz in Sweden.

‘Frozen’ recently overtook ‘Toy Story’ to become the highest-grossing animation film ever with box office takings of $1,072,402,000 (£644,743,000).

It also won the 2014 Best Animated Feature Oscar.
