Barriers 1998

When Tori, an affluent teen befriends Snake, a tough talking kid from Harlem, Tori's parents hire Phil, a streetwise college student, as an after school nanny for their son. Shortly after their friendship begins, Tori's father's credit card is stolen and Snake is blamed. As Tori slips deeper into the world of Snake and his more dangerous older brother, all are put to the test and are forced to re-evaluate their ideas of race, class, and loyalty.
