Anthony "Blest" Campo and his crew are the best street artists in town, which makes them a prime target for Bobby Cox and the infamous NYPD Vandal Squad. After a fatal accident threatens to break up the crew and convinces Blest he needs to leave town for good, a violent clash is inevitable.
