Parallel universe movie posters
Imagine if 'Avatar' was made in the 1960s and starred William Shatner? That's one of the intriguing - if utterly pointless - questions posed by these quite amazing posters (first spotted by Gizmodo).

They're designed by Peter Stults, and re-imagines modern day films in the style of classic movie posters from the 50s and 60s.
So we get Anthony Hopkins as a drug addict in 'Trainspotting', Charlton Heston pointing a gun in 'Pulp Fiction' and James Dean looking even cooler than usual in a vintage version of 'Drive'.
