Exclusive: Tom Cruise on what he loves and hates about UK

Tom Cruise is a huge fan of the UK, especially our humble cuisine.

The star is on the promotion trail for 'Jack Reacher', and told Yahoo! Movies what he loves (and hates) about Britain at an exclusive Q&A for the Lee Child thriller adaptation.

When asked what his favourite thing was about London, Cruise touched on the usual suspects: fish and Chips, culture, sights, the people but also pointed out that us Brits do a great curry.

He said: "I love the fish and chips, the crews are fantastic, it's such a beautiful city, and the people are so easy and cool. I like a good curry, I like it hot, and you have great Indian food here also. I like it very spicy. If I'm not sweating I don't feel like I have had good Indian food."

And the worst?

"The Traffic, yeah that's got worse."

We assume he can afford the London congestion charge though.

'Jack Reacher' is released in the UK on 26 December.
